My vehicle was towed in to Don McGill Toyota for engine failure. Their service technical informed me that it was due to lack of engine oil in the engine. I just had my oil serviced at Meineke. I was instructed that Meineke did not properly tighten the bottom drain plug on my oil pan neither did they tighten up the oil filter. This allowed oil to seep out and flash back down the underside of my car. I informed Meineke and was told there was no way I could prove it.
